Heat was on in Scotland as first barbecue heat happens

Perth was the venue for the first of the regional heats to identify the qualifiers for the Guild`s National BBQ Finals to be held at St Albans on 13th May.  The Regional Champions below will represent Scotland in the final.   It didn`t snow, it didn`t rain and nine Q Guild members took part in the cook off on Monday 12th March.

Judges were Andrew from Victus Consultancy, Chris from Marriott Hotels and Bruce from the Q Guild Office.
