Duncan Fraser & Son was established in 1911 and has been in the same family for three generations. The main emphasis of the business is very much based on purchasing top quality Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb and Scotch Pork, all sourced from the North and North East of Scotland, for our discerning customers. The display cabinets in the shop are well stocked with a large variety of meats and poultry along with our own produced sausages, burgers, steak pies, haggis, black & white puddings, and so on.
The staff are all knowledgeable about our products, always greeting customers with a pleasant welcome and strive to give them top quality service.
The walls of the shop are adorned with an array of top awards reflecting the care and attention taken to produce our dishes as well as the quality of the meat used.
The business supplies numerous restaurants and hotels and has as a lot of local regular customers as well as a number of customers throughout the UK. The local orders, in and around Inverness, are delivered in our insulated van while for those further afield, TNT provide a next day service for us.
