Smithfield Awards
The Smithfield Awards were judged at City of Glasgow College on 16th and 17th October. Results will be announced in January 2019.Q Guild members submitted their products for evaluation in ten categories. Judges were drawn from experienced butchers, members of the media and catering students. The nationality of the judges included English, Irish, Scottish and South African representatives.
