Gordon Ramsay uses Q Guild advice
London butcher Danny Lidgate has been giving advice to Gordon Ramsay on his new series, Gordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Cookery Course.
Danny, who is the fifth generation of his family to run the 150 year old Lidgates Butchers in Holland Park, explained to Gordon what to look for when buying poultry and the different types of birds available.
Danny and his father David personally select all the beef, lamb and pork that is on sale in the shop and their expertise has been showcased on Gordon Ramsay’s Christmas Cook Along and the Alan Titchmarsh Show in the past.
